OK, so I am actually going to apologize for this recipe because it is SO good yet very unhealthy. However, it's so easy and yummy! Everything in moderation, right???
vegetable or canola oil
1 can of refrigerated biscuits (anything except the flaky kind)
4 T. melted butter (plus or minus)
cinnamon and sugar mix
Pour enough oil in a skillet to fill it about 1/2 inch deep. Heat the oil on medium heat. Cut holes in each biscuit. Put biscuits in the oil and cook one side until golden brown. Turn over and cook the other side until golden brown. Carefully remove biscuits from oil and cool until you can touch them (but still warm). Dip both sides in butter and then in cinnamon/sugar mix. Serve warm.
