Here's the popcorn recipe! I think I found it in a Rachael Ray cookbook at some point, but not sure.
3 T
vegetable oil
1 C
popping corn
½ cup
butter
2 cloves
garlic, cracked away from skin
1 cup
grated parmesan cheese
Salt and
freshly ground black pepper
- Place oil in a heavy pot with a lid and
heat over medium-high heat (I use my largest stainless deep skillet). Add
corn and pop, shaking the pan until popping slows to 2 or 3 seconds
between pops, then remove from heat.
- Place butter and garlic in microwave and
melt 15 seconds on high. Discard garlic clove.
- Pour butter over corn and sprinkle
cheese over corn. Turn to coat. Season with salt and black pepper.
